Investor KITAP (Investor Visa Permanent Stay Permit) – Who is it for and what are the benefits 

The Investor KITAP is one of the most desirable visas in Indonesia you can get. It is strictly for Investors that have shares within a PT PMA and have had an Investor KITAS for a minimum of 4 years prior to KITAP application.

The Investor KITAP varies from the Investor KITAS due to its term length, allowing the visa holder an uninterrupted 5-year visa to conduct business activities.

If you do not already possess an Investor KITAS for 4 years, you are unable to apply for this visas.

Steps to get your investor KITAP

1.Submit the Investor KITAP application at the local immigration office

2.Attend the Biometric and fingerprint session

3.Process approval from Immigration Office, Directorate General of Immigration, and Regional  Office of Ministry of Law and Human Rights

4.KITAP completion with the E-KITAP along with Multiple entry re-entry permit

Requirements

1.Foreigner’s original passport with 18 month’s validity

2.Current Electronic KITAS and KITAS Stamp

3.Copy history of 1st – 4th KITAS

4.Fully vaccinated card/ certificate complete doses

5.Health insurance

6.Domicile letter from sub-district or domicile letter from Building Management

Requirements of company sponsor

1.Company’s deed of establishment and its amendments (if any)

2.Decree Approval (Legalization) from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) and its amendments (if any)

3.Company’s Tax Registration Number

4.Business License of OSS RBA

5.Business Identification Number

6.Mandatory Manpower Report 

7.BPJS Employment registration number/certificate

8.ID Card, NPWP, and photograph of the Indonesian (local) Director

9.Sponsor letter with the company’s letterhead (for application letters, draft provided)

10.Company’s bank account statement

11.Recommendation letter from Investment Board of Coordinator (BKPM) or 12.Related Ministry

13.TDPSE License (PSE) from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (for Electronic system business field only
